Simple Planner with Checklist and Notes

This is one of the simplest and cleanest planners for the remarkable 2 and remarkable pro.
With just 3 pages/templates that you can duplicate when you want from the grid function in the side bar.

Each page has a stylish icon that links for easy navigation to the notes page, the checklist/todo page and the week at a view planner page.
To go to the ‘week at a view planner’ just tap the calendar planner icon with your finger, give it a date or title and away you go. The same for the checklist page and the notes page.

When you want another planner page for the next week (or another notes page) use the grid feature that your remarkable has in the sidebar and duplicate the page you want another of.

If/when you end up with lots of weekly pages, instead of clicking on the planner icon and then scrolling through lots of pages, you could tap the checklist icon and go back one page. That way you could always get back quickly to the last weekly planner page.

You will never need to buy another planner again too as you just keep adding a page for next week.
You could make a copy each year and start again too if that works for you.
At just $3 we think it’s great value to keep you organised without needing to overcomplicate the process.

Notes Template for Remarkable 2

This basic notes PDF template for the Remarkable 2 is 144 pages long with a index pages linked to each notes page. When you create notes, fill in the index page as you go, which will link directly to that page for you.

The Remarkable 2 template includes a todo list page and a week at a glance page. All which you can easily navigate to via any page you are on.

In the bottom corner of the notes pages you will see some nice icons that will take you directly to the home page, index pages, the todo list or the week at a glance page.

The simple template takes advantage of the deep work that you can get done with the Remarkable 2, whilst utilising the hyperlinking ability of the eink device, to help you stay productive and organised.

The student notes template is the same but with the cornell method of note taking.

Student Notes Template

This template for the Remarkable 2 is designed with the student in mind. Using the cornell method in either dark or light mode, this 144 page PDF template with navigation links is sure to help you take notes and stay organised. The PDF template also includes a checklist page and a weekly view page.

Index Page

The student notes template has 3 index pages that link to each page in the template.
Simply write a title in the index and click the link to go directly to that page where you can take notes as you please.

On every other page there are links to the index page, the checklist and the weekly view, which would be great for putting in a simple timetable.

Cornell Method

The notes layout is designed to facilitate the Cornell Method of note taking. Title your notes at the top. On the left hand side you can note key words, so you can find what you are looking for quickly. Use the right hand side of the margin to take the more detailed notes. The bottom of the page you can use for your summary or findings.

We’ve added a simple checklist and weekly view for your convenience too. Quickly click on a link to go directly to the page and jot down an action point, then jump over quickly back to your notes.

Download multiple times for each class or semester if you like, or have all your notes in one spot.

We’ve created 12 templates with a black background for your remarkable 2.
We think they look great when you use the ‘white’ marker. It’s kind of a workaround to get a ‘dark mode’ kind of setting for your remarkable 2.

Formatted perfectly for the remarkable 2, you can either download as a single PDF with links to each page, or as separate PNG files to either upload as normal or use a hack to upload them as actual remarkable 2 templates.

If uploading as normal from the app or my.remarkable.com and you want to use the ‘template’ again, simply use the side bar to select grid view, long press on the page you want and choose duplicate, then just erase any writing you may have done.

This invoice template for the Remarkable 2 and other e-ink devices is a 52 page PDF.

You have 2 options to download when you buy this template. One has the invoice numbers in the index filled in for you and the other doesn’t. So if you need to have more than 50 invoices, simply use the template with no numbers added.

The index pages have a link to each invoice for fast navigation around the PDF.

How to use :

1. Fill in the invoice on your Remarkable and then immediately email your client from the export button. You can learn more about exporting options here.

2. Use the index to list your invoice, the due date and check the box when it is paid.

There’s space to list 4 billable items, add tax and your payment details.
