This 102 page meeting notes PDF template, specifically designed for the reMarkable 2, has a super helpful index with navigation links in built. This template will bring your organisation to the next level.
For each meeting, simply add to the index the date and description (and if you have any action items) and then click on the link to go directly to the page where you can take notes. Each meeting has space for attendees, action items, priorities and a whole page for notes if you need it. You can then quickly go back to the index and find any other meeting notes page in a second or two.
The template gives room for 50 meetings. If you need more, just download the PDF to your reMarkable 2 again and start a fresh.
