Hey Remarkable 2 users! I just love a good todo list and the reMarkable 2 and other eink devices are the perfect way to utilise this powerful tool. (Here’s an article on the power of todo lists).
If you are looking for a todo list template to up your productivity, clear head space and lower stress with your reMarkable 2, then we have a few options and ideas for you.
You can of course make your own template on something like Apple Pages, Word, Google Docs or Canva. You can even just draw one up on straight on your reMarkable. You can make it as simple or comprehensive as you like. You can add navigation links and more. Just make sure when you are done to save it in PDF. The best thing about making your own is that it you made it exactly for your needs. The worst thing about it, is it time consuming. So we’ve made a few that are ready to go, tried and tested, that you can use straight away.
Simple Todo List PDF Template
Firstly, we’ve made a simple PDF To do list with navigation links to a relatively blank page for each todo item, so you can write more info if you like on that task. Then each page has a simple navigation button to get back to the todo list page.
There’s room for 20 todo items with a priority and date column and I’m finding this little PDF just brilliant.

I write down my todo items and mostly don’t add any more information, but sometimes if I want to break it down into multiple steps or write down more information related to that task, that’s when I use the note page that is connected to that item. Super simple and super helpful! It’s a 21 page PDF.

This PDF is 66 pages long and has 5 categories. It’s perfect for someone who juggles a lot of responsibilities. Each catergory links to a seperate todo list, and each todo item links to a page where you can take notes or break down the task further. This is becoming my goto project management template.
Sticky Notes App
If you are looking for a way to organise yourself a little differently, we have our sticky notes app. It has 5 sections or categories and then 6 sticky notes for each section. It’s not quite like a sticky notes app on a computer or in real life but it’s a fun way to use your reMarkable 2 to organise yourself.

To put any of these PDF templates onto your remarkable, just download either of the todo lists, sticky notes or productivity pack and simply upload them to your my.remarkable page. Then put them in whatever folder you would like to have them in. I’ve formatted it to work perfectly with the Remarkable 2 (and 1) but I’m sure you can use this on your iPad and other eink devices too with an app like good notes or whatever you use.
